The Blood Angels are nearing the minimum 2 troops and HQ I need to be able to use them on the Tabletop in a painted state. For the time being (read until I get a Praetor to hack up and convert) this guy will be my HQ.
This army has been kicking my cupboard for awhile now and it is time to say goodbye. Therefore they are available on eBay here. They list came in first place at 40konline2012 and I won best painted as well.
I have actually made some progress with the Word Bearers. After putting together the Chaos Lord my passion for the project has really kicked in. There is still a lot of work to be done and now I have some photos I am noticing a lot of areas that need fixing but he is progressing well.
I have some older models up for sale here. These were a Khornate army under the 5th ed Codex. The one two punch from the 2 Chaos Lords with Blood Feeders (Daemon Weapons giving 2d6 Attacks on top of you base stat). One of my good friends used this list to brutal effect at a number of tournies including the Battle of the Clubs.
The campaign at my FLGS continues. A huge number of games have been played and further details are available on their Facebook Page. My own games however, appear to be showing my n00b status at the game. Four games in and I had to reboot the warband haha so I have adjusted the fluff somewhat to accommodate my failures and introduce my new hope (fluff in full at the bottom of this post).
For now take a look at my PIP warband.
Joel from Paintmybits has been working on some Imperial Fists recently. With a Tactical Squad, Rhino, Kantor (above) and some Cataphractii all finished. Lets take a look.
If you love the look of these guys you may be happy to hear that these guys will be going on eBay at the end of the month selling under the name ladyboy07 (I do not know why and I do not wish to ha).
I shall put up a link when that happens.

A quick post today. While I was working on the GS fur for my Mordheim warband I thought I would add some to this model. I feel it adds a further barbarism to him which suits the Legion.

As mentioned in a post last week I am taking part in a Mordheim campaign at the FLGS using a warband from Marienburg. The theme will be a group of disgraced Night Watchmen; implicated in smuggling, who fled Marineburg before their former colleagues could arrest them. Desperate and with no where else to turn they were drawn to Mordheim the City of the Damned.
The warband is pretty much done and ready for paint.
The FLGS has started a Mordheim campaign. A game I have seen played and been aware of for a very long time but as yet had never played.
This all changed on Wednesday when I grabbed some square basers and put together my warband. I chose Marienburg for the extra Gold Coins they offer and because Witch Hunters were taken :p
To build the warband I have picked up some Empire State Troopers from GW and shall be converting them to be the peacocks that Marienburg is famous for.
I have been trying to push the boat out on the Word Bearers Conversions. Above is the finalized version of my Chaos Lord although I may consider adding a Trophy Rack to his backpack as no self respecting Chaos Warlord can go without a few loyalists skulls about his person.
Read on to see the new conversions for the Sorcerer and first squad of Word Bearer Chaos Space Marines.
Quick post today jsut to show what I have been working on this weekend. Above you can see the current state of my Chaos Lord for the Word Bearers army I am working on. Below is a First draft as it were while I played around with some alternative parts. Oddly, i bought the model as I thought the Deamonic Head would be perfect for Word Bearers and then after a few head swap tests I found the trusty Chaos Knight heads looked much more appropriate.

It's been a while, but finally I have found the time to add to Martoks excellent work.
There is a Warmachine & Hordes tournament coming up at the end of June, the perfect motivation to get my 35 point force painted and ready to destroy all before it in the name of Everblight, this is my progress report for week 1 of preparations.
